Adapting business communications during COVID-19

We’re always “thinking outside the box” about business and communications. So when COVID-19 began turning the world upside down, C2 Strategic Communications quickly expanded tools and strategies to keep communications flowing with and for our clients.

We have made hundreds of Zoom calls, presented dozens of visually driven webinars, coordinated public meetings, conducted surveys and produced video presentations. Heck, we even helped create and promote the first “virtual” Homearama event for the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville.

Communications has changed and many elements won’t disappear when COVID does. Our best advice: re-evaluate how you can improve communications and invest in the needed changes.

At C2, our biggest investment is what we call “The Back Porch,” an open-air patio space with ample room for safer meetings for our staff and clients. Before we moved into a building in December that formerly served as a bank, we swapped out the teller counters and got rid of the vault. But we hadn’t decided how to use the three-lane drive-through on the back of the bank building.

Out of crisis and necessity came opportunity. Working with our dedicated C2 team, we converted the 40 X 40 space used for thousands of deposits and withdrawals into an inviting place to conduct business in a safer, socially distanced environment.

Our team members work on laptops from high-top tables, have a cup of joe and one-to-one meetings with clients, hold planning sessions, enjoy lunch and an occasional Friday bourbon all from this comfortable outdoor space.

We invite you to check it out online. Better yet, schedule an appointment now to talk about ways that C2 Strategic can help you adapt to the temporary – and permanent – changes in communications.
