C2 Strategic Communications provides leadership communication training that helps boards and executives navigate high-stakes moments with clarity and confidence. Our leadership communication skills training programs give participants the skills they need to strengthen their reputation, respond effectively through crisis communication training, build confidence with the media, manage change, advocate with key stakeholders and share stories that inspire action.

Two-hour interactive training sessions are available in person or virtually. The sessions are best for groups of up to 20, though larger groups can be accommodated.

Chad Carlton, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, C2 Strategic Communications

Chad Carlton collaborated with C2 Strategic’s leadership team to create these training programs, drawing on decades of experience in media, government and public affairs.

Chad’s background includes serving as communications director and cabinet member for Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson, leading Doe-Anderson’s public affairs team, and working as a government and political reporter for the Lexington Herald-Leader.

Today, Chad leads C2 Strategic and ensures each training program reflects his expertise and approach. Depending on your needs, your session may be led by Chad or another C2 Strategic expert.
