C2 Strategic Communications provides leadership communication training that helps boards and executives navigate high-stakes moments with clarity and confidence. Our leadership communication skills training programs give participants the skills they need to strengthen their reputation, respond effectively through crisis communication training, build confidence with the media, manage change, advocate with key stakeholders and share stories that inspire action.

Two-hour interactive training sessions are available in person or virtually. The sessions are best for groups of up to 20, though larger groups can be accommodated.

Kerri Richardson, President and Chief Business Development Officer, 
C2 Strategic

Kerri Richardson developed C2 Strategic’s board and executive training programs, building on decades of experience in media, government and public affairs.

She previously served as communications director and chief spokesperson for Gov. Steve Beshear, as spokeswoman for Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson and as a two–time Emmy–winning journalist. She was named National Communicator of the Year in 2014 by the National Association of Government Communicators.

Today, Kerri leads C2 Strategic and ensures each program reflects her expertise and approach. She also brings her background in leadership communication training to every engagement. Depending on your needs, your session may be led by Kerri or another C2 Strategic expert.
