Coronavirus spread rapidly through senior living facilities across the country, sickening fragile residents and professional staff.
Treyton Oak Towers, a senior living facility in Louisville, was hard hit and needed help communicating throughout the crisis with residents, families, staff, public health officials and the media.
With the support of C2 Strategic, Treyton Oak Towers provided a steady, transparent stream of information to keep residents healthy and keep families up to date with their loved ones including: memos, emails and social media posts.
C2 Strategic worked closely with the executive team and staff to secure media interviews and place stories that showcased the “heroes who work and live” at Treyton Oak Towers. Additionally, C2 created a series of video interviews with members of the Treyton Oak team to highlight their resiliency, dedication and care for residents.
Treyton Oak Towers maintained the trust and confidence of residents, families, staff and public health officials because of their actions and transparency. Employees continue to work and those sickened returned to continue their care for residents. Even with the loss of residents’ lives, Treyton Oak limited the spread of the terrible virus to a single floor and strengthened their reputation for top-tier senior care.
