🎥Live Zoom Webinar | Tuesday, May 6 | 10-10:45 a.m. ET
Join the next chapter of our expert-led webinar series.
Attendees will receive our Digital Guide to Communicating in Times of Change.
From economic uncertainty to shifts in federal policy, effective communication is more critical than ever.
Changes in regulations and priorities are reshaping how organizations operate — especially those navigating challenges, like tariff impacts, DEI shifts and evolving workforce expectations. Changes that come with natural disasters (floods and tornadoes), a global pandemic and financial hardships also require solid communication.
In this session, we’ll break down how to respond with clarity and confidence when change happens fast and stakeholders need answers.
Chad Carlton, CEO of C2 Strategic Communications, will share how to craft messages that help people understand what’s changing — and how it impacts them. He’ll use real-world examples, like recent tariff impacts and shifts in workforce policy, to show how clear communication can build trust, defuse tension and keep people focused on what matters.
