A highly compassionate and community-driven leader, Jeliah is always dedicating her time to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
Jeliah plays a crucial role as a Talent Strategist at C2 Strategic Communications, where her primary focus is to support talent, culture, learning and development, and HR-related functions. She is responsible for identifying and developing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives while also supporting and nurturing a positive work culture. Through her work, Jeliah helps to ensure that C2 Strategic Communications attracts and retains top talent and maintains a positive and inclusive work environment.
Before joining the C2 team, Jeliah graduated from the University of Kentucky where she helped to transform the campus community. There she chartered a chapter of Collegiate Curls, a multi-cultural organization dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and supporting multicultural students as they embrace their natural beauty through healthy hair and skin practices. She has also helped to charter Kentucky’s first young adult chapter of the National Association of Colored Women’s Clubs, Inc. at the University of Kentucky. Jeliah now serves as the President of the statewide chapter of NACWC, Inc. During her time at UK, Jeliah also served as a campus ambassador for the American Association of University Women, ELA Education Services, and LISTERINE.
Out of the office, you can find her spending time with friends and family. You can also catch her rewatching some of her favorite musicals or even practicing her own musical talents as an opera singer. If you don’t catch her there, you can find her scrolling away on TikTok or making them herself!
