Amber Halloran manages the Finance and Accounting area of C2 Strategic Communications. She has been in Finance, Accounting and Operations for more than 30 years, spending time at PNC Bank, Louisville Water Company and Kentucky Performing Arts. Additionally, Amber serves on the boards of Community Foundation of Louisville, Center for Women and Families and Habitat for Humanity. She lives with her husband, Paul, in the Highlands with her rescue pups.
