The COVID-19 pandemic caused a shift the way corporate leaders looked at physical office spaces. Luckett & Farley looked to find a way to reach decision makers at a pivotal moment (Spring 2021) as they considered the future of work to demonstrate expertise in the field and generate new project leads.
C2 Strategic worked with Luckett & Farley to curate two virtual events with expert panels filled with industry leaders and design experts. This included creating all branding and marketing collateral, developing and executing media relations, assisting in client outreach, prepping panelists and hosting the live Zoom-based webinars.
All communications were done virtually to follow COVID-19 safety protocols. The events created multiple opportunities for Luckett & Farley leaders to interact with high-profile potential clients and connectors as panelists and attendees. By connecting invitations and landing pages to CRM tracking tools, Luckett & Farley has been able to explore new leads and target outreach post-event. Pitching to local media also resulted in media attendance for events and multiple articles at a publication read by the target audience – corporate leaders. The success of the events has spurred discussions about future campaigns that prioritize original content creation for a specific audience designed around different services the firm provides.
