Targeting Your Message to Distinct Audiences

Effective campaigns begin with clear messaging — and a deep understanding of your audience.

In this webinar, C2 Strategic Communications President Kerri Richardson and Senior Strategist Emily Gaylord were joined by partners from Indiana GAL/CASA to share how targeted communication helped recruit more than 1,000 new volunteers for the state’s Court Appointed Special Advocate program, which supports children involved in abuse and neglect cases.

Drawing on her experience as an Emmy-winning journalist and former spokesperson for Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson and Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear, Kerri offered real-world insights into building public trust. Emily brought her background in state and local government communications — and her vast work with nonprofits across Indiana and Kentucky — to the discussion.
