As senior director, Dominic drives strategic efforts, helping clients foster important connections with key decision makers and highlighting the successes that make Kentucky and Indiana strong.

Born and raised in Kentucky, Dominic spent nearly 13 years in Washington, D.C. advising our nation’s top lawmakers and crafting comprehensive communications plans to embolden workers, entrepreneurs, families, and communities.

Before joining C2 Strategic, Dominic was the communications director and senior advisor for U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (Ohio), chair of the powerful Congressional Black Caucus. In those roles, he led a communications team that advanced public-facing state and federal initiatives, responded to crises, and interacted with the media. His career on Capitol Hill began with U.S. Congressman John Yarmuth (Kentucky). In between his two congressional stints, Dominic worked for a national nonprofit dedicated to building brighter financial futures for Americans with and without disabilities. There, he helped lead all marketing and communications efforts for a nationwide initiative (MyFreeTaxes) that received the Clarion Award for Best Public Relations Campaign.

From healthcare to higher education, advanced manufacturing, workforce development, and nonprofits to corporate government relations, Dominic is focused on providing sage advice and delivering extraordinary results for his clients.

Whether at work or home, Dominic enjoys eating whenever wherever whatever, rocking crazy socks, discussing the finer points of bourbon and mac & cheese and watching college football. Roll Tide!
