Brooke Griffiths is a former journalist who combined her love for storytelling and her flair for the visual into an 11-year stint as an award-winning design editor at Louisville’s Business First.
She followed that with seven years as design editor at VYPE magazine and has long run her own successful design business with clients ranging from Kentucky-based nonprofit organizations to Manhattan commercial real estate firms – she even directed a design project for His Holiness The Dalai Lama.
One of her clients was C2 Strategic in its early days. Now, she joins the company as senior graphic designer specializing in targeted business communications and corporate branding. She excels at taking a client’s brief from concept to mock-up to completed unique design.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Brooke spent 10 years in Atlanta, where she and her husband raised three children and where she volunteered on the campaigns for Congressional Rep. Carolyn Bourdeaux and gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams. Brooke co-founded a grassroots organization focused on community activism and eventually ran for a seat in the Georgia State Senate.
When she’s not working, you can find Brooke reading feminist romance novels or working the farmer’s market booth she runs with her dad – hit her up if you’re interested in mushrooms or heirloom zucchini.
