C2 Strategic clients are making a major impact on Louisville

Wow, Louisville is growing fast. It was with great pride I read recently in Louisville Business First article that described just how fast. Talk about a sweet Valentine’s Day gift.

The Omni Louisville Hotel is the largest Louisville infrastructure project underway,
The Omni Louisville Hotel is the largest commercial project underway in Louisville.

My pride was not just for my city, which can tout $9 billion in active, planned or recently completed capital improvement projects. I do get a warm place in my heart when Louisville is cast in a positive light.

I also took pride in seeing the progress made by many firms and projects C2 has supported. Five of the projects in the Business First list involved work by C2 Strategic clients Omni Hotels & Resorts or Messer Construction Co.:

No. 1 Omni Louisville Hotel;

No. 3 University of Louisville Shelbyhurst Office & Research Park;

No. 5 Norton Audubon Hospital;

No. 9 Cardinal Stadium Expansion;

No. 14 Old Forester Distillery.

Not to mention the recently completed Ohio River Bridges Project, the largest infrastructure improvement/economic development project in the region.

These are big projects that require big investments. And they are making our community a better place to be.

Thanks to all of the leaders, investors, developers and teams that are making these plans a reality. And Happy Valentine’s Day.
