C2 Strategic Communications is growing its team focused on transformative transportation projects. The full-service public relations and marketing agency has added two members to its Transportation Services team, one in its Louisville headquarters and one in its Indianapolis office.
Collin Merkel joins C2 Strategic’s Indianapolis office as an Associate Strategist on the Transportation Services team. Merkel brings a multitude of communications skills and experience in developing and implementing creative solutions for groups and stakeholders. He also has extensive experience in photo and video production. Before joining C2 Strategic, he served as Regional Director for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
Emma Collins joins C2 Strategic’s Louisville office as an Associate Strategist on the Transportation Services team. Collins uses her background in journalism to break down complex subjects and inform target audiences. Before joining C2 Strategic, she served a reporter at the Galveston County Daily News. She previously served as a content editor for clients around the country and has taught abroad.
