The Kentucky Community & Technical College System (KCTCS) offers tailored workforce development programs to businesses of all sizes across the Commonwealth, featuring flexible, diverse educational training and services. Despite its broad service offerings and partnerships, KCTCS struggled with brand awareness in the business community. To address this, C2 Strategic Communications was engaged to enhance KCTCS’s public profile and increase engagement with businesses, employers, and strategic partners.

C2 Strategic crafted a comprehensive communications and marketing campaign for KCTCS, featuring tailored messaging, public marketing materials, and media opportunities to enhance KCTCS’s visibility among the public, lawmakers, and the business community. Success  not only renewed but also expanded their contract with C2 Strategic. The expanded scope includes promoting campaigns across KCTCS’s System Office and 16 branded colleges, encompassing over 70 campuses. Additionally, C2 Strategic conducted media training for campus leaders to improve their crisis communication skills and began developing a strategic plan to strengthen ties with the Kentucky General Assembly, aiming to bolster KCTCS’s legislative advocacy ahead of the 2024 session.
