C2 Strategic Communications, the region’s leading public relations firm, is elevating three top leaders to manage continued growth in clients, employees and services across Kentucky and Indiana.
Kerri Richardson moves up to President at C2 Strategic Communications, leading business development and client services. Richardson, who has served as the firm’s Executive Vice President for seven years, has led the company’s success in client diversification and expansion.
Ed Green is the firm’s first Chief Operating Officer, overseeing daily internal operations and talent development. Green, who joined the company eight years ago and most recently served as Vice President, has led the expansion of systems and a doubling of employees over the past four years.
Chad Carlton, who has served as President since founding C2 Strategic in 2011, is now Chief Executive Officer. The new role will focus on regional growth and development of the firm and community engagement across Kentucky, Indiana and expanding markets.
“Our team thrives on telling success stories for clients that are improving and growing communities we serve,” Carlton said.
The firm has 28 employees across three offices — Louisville, Lexington and Indianapolis. Services include strategic planning, media relations, crisis communications, social media, marketing, advertising, videography and photography.
